Staying at the Taj Mahal Palace Hotel, Mumbai: The True Symbol of India

I’ve long been obsessed with the Taj. It’s truly one of the most amazing hotels on the planet, perhaps the best really.

Interior footage is very hard to come by, as the hotel’s “Guest is God” mantra protects the privacy of their guests at all costs. If you’d like to learn more about this magical hotel, I’d suggest watching a recently aired show on BBC2 called Hotel India. The documentary show really shows just how far the staff stretches their service level for guests. There’s literally nothing they won’t do to make a guest happy.

I’d seriously doubt there’s a hotel that treats their guests better than the staff at the Taj!

The only bad thing about the Taj Mahal, for most travelers, is the price. Their version of an entry level suite, known as the Luxury Grande Room would cost well over $400 USD per night after taxes and fees. The Presidential suite is worth over $3,000,000 per night!
