Mondays always make me hungry. Here’s some great dishes that Alaska has to offer:
Put fresh-caught Alaskan crab straight on your din-din list! Melt in your mouth yumminess. Truly, I love to eat it straight up with no sides, just butter and “real” mayonnaise for dipping.
This and salmon are a definite must if you’re a sea-foodie. They taste so much better when fresh and any restaurant you’ll find that’s worth their salt will be using fish that came straight from the boat and putting it on our plate.
